For one of our clients – a company specializing in providing strategic guidance, technological
solutions, and operational services, we are looking for experienced and capable people for
the role of Facility Services Coordinator.

Responsibilities

* Oversee office operations, facility maintenance, cleaning, mail services, fleet management,
and logistics;
* Manage asset and record keeping, as well as space and service support;
* Ensure compliance with policies, budgets, and guidelines;
* Coordinate security and safety programs;
* Build and maintain relationships with external service providers.

Requirements and necessary skills

* Experience in a similar role within multinational companies;
* Proficiency in English;
* Strong Microsoft Office skills;
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
