For one of our clients – a global company offering expertise in strategic consulting, advanced
technology solutions, and operational support, we are looking for an experienced Inside
Sales Lead with Romanian or Hungarian and English – Standard working time to lead
and motivate a sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

* Guide a sales team to hit targets and deliver exceptional customer service;
* Provide data-driven insights on team performance;
* Identify, train, and develop talent within the team;
* Lead coaching sessions to improve individual and team results;
* Communicate clearly with all levels of management;
* Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to policies.

Requirements and necessary skills

* 1+ years of managerial experience;
* 3+ years of overall work experience, with 1+ year in outbound sales or telemarketing;
* Proven track record of achieving sales goals and leading high-performing teams;
* Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills;
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics;
* Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
