First seminar on the project „Building capacity for the future - conducting internships in state administration“

On September, 10 was held the first seminar on the project „Building capacity for the future - conducting internships in state administration“. The meeting was attended by over 180 students and representatives of state administration, internship program coordinators, mentors of the future interns, representatives of universities' management and university career centers.

Dr. Mladen Mladenov, an attorney, doctor and professor of Political science, presented the trends in administrative reform.

Ms. Olga Cherneva, Director of "Human resources, legal, administrative and information services" department in Executive Agency "Electronic Communication Networks and Information Systems" and teacher presented the opportunities and perspectives for career development of young people in state administration.

Specific details for the developed project for internship program in state administration were presented by Ms. Gergana Andreeva, team leader for the project by consortium SMART and Ms. Nadezhda Angelova, an expert on the project.
