We are looking for a LOGISTICS SPECIALIST
• To execute the logistics processes in order to support the
sales.
• To organize and execute the transport, cargo, packaging
operations.
• To manage the inventory, including the receiving and shipping of
products; preparing and repacking orders, organizing deliveries
with courier services.
• To manage the purchasing operations.
• To perform the communication with the suppliers.
• To request price quotations, place purchase orders, keep track of
the ordered products and services.
• To form and maintain the records of purchasing starting from
ordering to the delivery.
• To monitor the relevant packaging materials stock, as well as all
the materials needed for an operational office.
• To coordinate the customs operations related to the import
processes, with the customs agency.
• To support the customs agency for customs clearance.
• To support the sales by accompanying the sales team for
demonstration and training visits to customer sites whenever
necessary, making the products deliveries to the customers if
required.
• To keep the records of all the performed activities and report
them to the manager.
