• Participates in identifying the training needs of employees in
the company.
• Plans, organizes, implements and/or controls the quality
implementation of the trainings.
• Participates in the search and selection of open trainings,
external training organizations and/or trainers, as well as
internal trainers, according to company needs.
• Prepares and coordinates the preparation of programs, content,
design, expected results for planned trainings.
• Develops concepts for trainings, programs, workshops,
seminars.
• Prepares and maintains the documentation and systematizing the
results of the trainings, for maintaining a database for the
trainings conducted, analyzing the results, proposing measures for
improvement.
• Works closely with head of departments to align training programs
with overall people development strategies.
• Prepares reports and statistics for trainings conducted.
• Organizes and conducts focus groups and individual
consultations.
• Organizes and conducts coaching and mentoring sessions with
associates.
• Participates in projects and other activities in the field of
HRM.
• Stays updated with the latest trends and best practices in
training and development.
• Promotes and reinforce company culture through training
initiatives and activities.
• Develops and implement programs that support employee engagement
and retention.
• Organizes team-building activities and events to foster a
positive work environment.
• Delivers training sessions using various methods such as
in-person, virtual, and blended learning.
• Actively manages and administrates the LMS tasks and related
e-learning and instructor-led courses, resolving system issues.
