For one of our clients – outsourcing company that helps public and private sector clients
streamline operations and improve customer experiences, we are looking for
– Telecommunications Assistance Specialist with German or French and English.

Отговорности

*Provide customer support for telecommunication services;
*Assist customers with their inquiries and issues in a professional and friendly manner;
*Ensure smooth communication with clients, resolving problems efficiently;
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed;
*Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service;
*Offer guidance and solutions to customers, ensuring satisfaction with the services provided.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Fluency in German or French and very good English;
*Previous experience in customer service or a support role;
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
*Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
*Customer-focused with a friendly and helpful attitude;
*Team-oriented with a willingness to assist colleagues.
