Due to the rapid growth and expansion of company operations,
currently we are looking for more people to join our Technical
Compliance team in Sofia.
You will be the face of the company and point of contact with our
growing international customer base. You will be providing
top-level customer service over email, ticket system chat. Your
day-to-day responsibilities will have a direct impact on shaping up
and carrying out our mission to not only meet but exceed our
Customer expectations all the way.
Your Responsibilities:
• Prompt and professional online communication with our
customers;
• Helpful and knowledgeable assistance to customers with their
requests;
• Ensuring tasks and client requests are handled properly in a
timely manner;
• Ensuring efficient KYC document review and Customer verification
in accordance with regulation requirements and AML methodology;
• Performing sampling and periodic oversight to ensure compliance
processes are performed in accordance with internal policy
• Detecting fraudulent documents and taking necessary actions on
accounts;
• Previous experience with Troubleshooting and solving technical
problems for Customers (customer support agent);
