Job Description

Sutherland is seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as Technical Support Guru. We are a group of driven and hard-working individuals. Your main tasks:
Provide first class customer service and technical support through phone and e-mail
Help customers with account, product and order -related inquiries
Utilize provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues and walk-through
Represent the client in a professional yet friendly manner through phone and email interaction
Adhere to client’s defined processes & procedures and company policies
Transfer or endorse contacts to the appropriate department for resolution
Qualifications
Excellent German – both written and spoken
Very good English
Computer Navigation Skills and multi-tasking
Knowledge in internet router’s specifications, internet connectivity and troubleshooting
Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users
Knowledge in Consumer Electronics’ specifications, usage, and troubleshooting
Excellent communication skills
