For one of our clients – а global leader in business services,

Manager with Slovenian and English.
*Supervise and monitor daily activities of a team of call center
agents, ensuring adherence to
company policies and legal regulations;
*Provide regular coaching and feedback to employees to help them
meet and exceed
performance goals;
*Address performance issues, implement improvement plans, and take
corrective actions
when necessary;
*Ensure service quality aligns with key performance indicators
(KPIs) and financial targets;
*Handle escalated customer interactions and serve as a subject
matter expert when needed;
*Organize team meetings and activities to facilitate communication
and engagement.
