YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Assisting internal clients in full-cycle recruiting:

- preparing a profile for the position

- posting job advertisements

- selection of candidates

- organising and conducting interviews

- making job offers, bidding for selected candidates and collecting hiring documents

Creating and designing job descriptions
Organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events
Active participating in HR and Employer Branding projects



THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE POSSESSES:

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or relevant field
High level of computer literacy - MS Office
Very good verbal and written English skills
Excellent communication and time management skills, willingness to work in a team
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, flexibility and complex thinking
