Qualifications
Ready to join our chart-topping support team? Here’s what you need

German language skills that would make a poet swoon (C1 level)
English chops that’ll have you harmonizing beautifully with our
global audience (B2 or above)
A valid work permit to work in the EU
Flexibility to groove on different shifts, including weekends
Previous customer service gigs? That’s music to our ears!
Communication skills smoother than a jazz saxophone solo
A positive attitude that could cheer up even the grumpiest of metal

Ability to break down complex info like it’s a sick beat – simple
