We are building upon our leading US sports brand to grow our Sportsbook Operations group! Join our team as a Sportsbook Support Specialist, and you will play a central role in running the day-to-day operations of a rapidly scaling part of our business. WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A SPORTSBOOK SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Work with our broader sportsbook operations team to handle second line escalations and ensure delivery of market-leading Sportsbook offerings on time.
Ensure that site content, promotions, betting events, and betting odds are presented and merchandised as expected.
Work on internal tools and reporting needs for the Operations team.
Support and collaborate with other parts of the business such as operations, trading, customer experience, and marketing.
Run processes to support quality assurance, problem escalation, and competitor tracking.
Due to the nature of the sporting calendar, this position will regularly include evening, and weekend shifts, which includes five days of work with two days off.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING
You have a customer-focused view and a strong understanding of what the Sportsbook customer wants.
Ability to work independently as part of a fast-growing team.
Data-driven and strong attention to detail, with a deep understanding of the Sportsbook industry.
