iGaming field, we’re looking for
determined and leadership-oriented Shuffle Team Lead.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to team members;
* Oversee and support staff according to the company’s Policies and
Procedures, handling
tasks like supervision, managing absences, and addressing
disciplinary and grievance matters;
* Foster strong team collaboration through effective communication
and regular team meetings;
* Identify and address the learning and development needs of both
individuals and the team,
working alongside learning and development personnel;
Actively engage in learning and development initiatives to help
achieve organizational goals;
* Ensure all services are delivered in alignment with core values,
Policies and Procedures, and KPI targets.
