Main challenges:
Meet both existing and prospective clients and negotiate the terms
and conditions of potential factoring deals
Maintenance and development/expansion of a trusted portfolio of
corporate clients using factoring services
Perform financial analysis and appraise the inherent risks related
to factoring transactions
Prepare factoring proposals
Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for initial
integration of approved factoring deal/s
Daily Interaction with external and internal clients/colleagues
ensuring timely & efficient service execution
Performance of consistent actions inherent in relational
functionality
The perfect Candidate has:
University Degree in one of the Economics, Business Administration,
Finance
Sound business mind and proper understanding of corporate
finances
Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in one of the Corporate/SME
banking/Leasing
Good networking and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills and good reading of finance documents
Organizational skills and good level of attention to detail
Good command of written and spoken English
Good computer literacy (MS Office)
Easy team integration backed by proper communication skills
Self-motivated, autonomous and result-driven
