Be one of the first employees of our Bulgarian company and help our
Bulgarian Team Lead assemble a Product Team of Software Engineers
and Technical Support Managers in our new office in Plovdiv.
In your role, you will be an essential part of our developer team,
maintaining our software and developing new features for our
cutting-edge products. You will also mentor medium and junior
developers, ensuring the highest standards of code quality and
performance.
Your Tasks:
- Participate in effective sprint planning to optimize feature
development and resolve issues.
- Develop high-quality code and documentation.
- Oversee Quality Assurance for new features and fixes.
- Allocate your resources efficiently to meet project
deadlines.
- Mentor medium and junior developers, provide constructive
feedback, and create improvement plans.
- Identify project risks and devise appropriate mitigation
strategies.
- Ensure comprehensive technical documentation is maintained.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and
technologies.
- Coordinate with the Team Lead, Head of Development, and Product
Manager in Austria to enhance team development.
