UBB was established in 1992 through the merger of 22 Bulgarian
regional commercial banks as the first and largest in terms of
scale consolidation project in the Bulgarian banking sector. Since

If you have:
- Advanced experience as a Scrum Master in complex environment (is
a must).
- Profound understanding of processes and methodologies (e.g.
Scrum, Kanban, Lean, LeSS, SAFe®, Nexus, Spotify, ScrumBan, XP,
Test Driven Development, Project Management, etc.).
- Advanced experience and practical introduction and implementation
of Agile/Lean Core Values, Principles and Practices in Agile
teams/Organisations.
- Advanced knowledge in collaboration management tools (e.g. JIRA®,
Confluence®, Teams, other).
- Certification for CSM®, A-CSM®, PSM® or CSP-SM® or any other
related to the position will be considered as an advantage.
- Knowledge of bank organizational structure and experience working
with many stakeholders in different roles will be considered as
advantage.
- Fluency in English (is a must).
- Master’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, IT or another
related field.

incl. the values and principles.
- Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset and ensure
the organization is at the forefront of industry best
practices.
- Enable organizational effectiveness – work with Product owners,
Delivery leads and other stakeholders on creating and maintaining
an Agile Community. Foster a culture of continuous learning and
development as well as knowledge sharing throughout the
Community.
