Retention Specialist with German (iGaming)
• Engage and retain existing and former clients via outbound calls
and emails;
• Promote the platform, its products, and services;
• Analyze player activity and behavior to identify opportunities
for increased engagement, retention, and reactivation;
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to
ensure their loyalty;
• Provide up-to-date information about products to ensure a
high-quality customer experience.
