Your Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll provide friendly and
efficient assistance to airline passengers via phone and email:
Help with flight reservations, ticket changes, cancellations
Provide information about flight availability, pricing, and
services
Resolve customer issues with patience, professionalism, and
empathy
Work with ticketing systems and internal tools
Deliver excellent customer service that makes a difference
What You Need:
German (B2 or higher) – written and spoken
English (B2 or higher) – written and spoken
Strong communication and customer care skills
Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work from home with self-discipline and reliability
Flexibility in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
