Recruitment/Senior Recruitment Partner
Areas of responsibility and related activities:
• Design and Action: Develop and implement effective recruiting
strategies to attract top talent in alignment with PMI’s strategic
priorities.
• Sourcing and Networking: Utilize various sourcing methods,
including job boards, social media, career/networking events,
talent pipelines, to identify and engage with potential
candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Review and screen applications, conduct
interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills,
potential and overall fit.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
with the ability to develop and maintain beneficial working
relationships with multiple stakeholders, confident liaising with
decision makers at all levels
• Collaboration: Closely collaborate with Hiring Managers
throughout the recruiting process to establish business
requirements, clarify candidates’ requirements ensuring we are
landing best of talent. Partner with COE’s (Assessment, Global
Talent Sourcing, Employer Branding, Early Careers) to streamline
process and reduce time to hire.
• Interviewing: Conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a
simple, global, standard candidate experience.
• Candidate Experience: Provide a positive candidate experience,
ensuring that candidates receive timely communication and feedback
throughout different stages of the process.
• Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline
for future hiring needs, proactively identifying potential
candidates.
• Data and Reporting: Utilize dashboards to monitor talent
acquisition metrics, assess the effectiveness of the process and
make data-driven suggestions focused on continuous improvement.
