Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract
high-quality candidates in the gambling facilities, casino or
gaming sectors.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment
needs and job specifications.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards,
social media, networking events, and industry contacts.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate
qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other
team members.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment
process.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure
accurate records of candidate progress.
Conduct background checks and reference checks as required.
Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in
recruitment.
