Quality Assurance Automation Engineer



Duties and responsibilities:

Will be test lead who will create knowledge base and guide a test team to automate testing for Insurance company.
with Product Owner to understand the overall product vision and design documentation.
and executing test plans, scenarios, cases in Selenium.
bugs in a project tracking software (ex. Jira).
reports describing defects and resolutions.
bugs and errors to development teams.
with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
of documentation related to test case creation.

Skills & qualifications

years of hands-on experience in testing complex software systems.
understanding in QA processes and methodologies, test plans, test case management, bug tracking systems, tools, and procedures.
programming skills and experience in Java and Selenium.
knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and scripting.
to Integration testing, API/Rest API testing and Selenium API.
with CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines.
self-organizing skills and ownership of deliveries.

Advantages (not mandatory):

with Docker and configuration management tools (Ansible).
with Grafana, Kibana.
or higher degree (or qualified through experience).
with database testing (preferably Oracle SQL/MS SQL.
will be a great advantage if you have knowledge of Insurance business.
