Role Overview:
The Projects Portfolio and Budget Administrator is a member of the
Technology Process and Portfolio Management (TPPM) team and is
responsible for the end-to-end administration of the company
projects portfolio lifecycle and for supporting the purchase
requisition and budget management processes within the Technology
division.
Your responsibilities would be:
• Administer the company Projects Portfolio consolidated
register/tool – all project initiatives are properly logged and
maintained throughout the whole lifecycle of the initiative.
• Organize and coordinate projects stakeholder functions so to
enable regular progress status update of project initiatives in the
consolidated Projects Portfolio register/tool.
• Establish and maintain regular reporting of the progress status
of the Projects Portfolio initiatives to all stakeholders in the
company.
• Further develop the Projects Portfolio register/tool so to assure
data validation, consistency, and quality.
• Propose improvements related to the project Management
Methodology with relation to the Projects Portfolio management
process.
• Support the automation of the Projects Portfolio management
process.
• Support the budget management process in Technology by assuring
that project initiatives have their budget and/or resource
estimates are bridged towards the Technology yearly budget and
latest forecasts.
• Participate in the Purchase Requisition process for the
Technology division.
We expect from you:
• Experience First: Prioritize practical experience, showcasing a
deep understanding of process/data management or project management
office roles. PM certification is a plus.
• Tech Savvy: Masterful in MS Office applications including Excel,
Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint, with hands-on familiarity in
Power BI and similar data analytics tools.
• Presentation Pro: Showcase your excellent presentation skills,
delivering impactful messages to diverse audiences.
• Organized Planner: Demonstrate excellent organizational and
planning skills to ensure seamless project execution.
