As a Consultant, you will participate in Projects, where you will
be responsible to:
- Conduct Operational and Statistical studies.
- Identify improvement opportunities in Work Processes, Plan &
Control Systems, and Managerial Skills.
- Deploy Action Plans for the operational optimization of different
organizational departments.
- Design and implement new Management Systems and Operating
Procedures.
- Communicate and co-operate with executives at all levels of our
client companies.
- Work on different operational Case Studies, related to the
business of our clients.
- Conduct Management Training to the executives of our clients.
