Senior Executive Transformation & Solutioning - Automation
Specialist (Process Excellence)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Role and Responsibilities:
Support in development and maintenance of existing automations for
EXL clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with macros, including debugging
and writing fixes.
Conduct meetings to identify opportunities for process automation
and optimization.
Write VBA code from inception to completion based on
discussions.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of macros, including FTE
savings.
Build a strong foundation in finance and accounting, focusing on
measurement and controls to ensure high performance and positive
customer experience.
Assist with formatting and preserving file structures using VBA and
macros.
QUALIFICATIONS
Overall Experience: 3-5 yrs.
F&A Experience: 2-3 yrs.
VBA and Macros: 1 - 2 Yrs. (minimum)
Education:
Graduate degree is necessary; degree in a quantitative discipline
is preferable in commerce, Finance and accounting, Statistics etc.
Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
