being one of the strongest innovators in IoT (Internet of Things)
and developing next-generation Planet proof devices and IT
solutions. Currently, their team is growing and we are looking for
a professional who will take the position of a:
Personal Assistant to the CEO
Main responsibilities:
- Organization and coordination of meetings and the schedule of the
CEO of the company;
- Preparation and processing of documents both electronically and
on paper;
- Creation of dynamic Excel tables for calculations of various
parameters necessary for the company's activity.
Experience:
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Personal / Executive
Assistant or Project Coordinator;
- Proficiency in using MS Office with a focus on Word and Excel -
ability to create Mail Merge sheets and “live” tables;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Very good level of spoken and written English (B2+ or
higher).
- Knowledge of the German language is a great advantage.
