Описание на позицията

We are looking for a personal assistant to the CEO for one of our clients, a leading company in the agricultural production and processing of grains and seeds. The role will be heavily focused on projects in the energy sector through one of the main company's subsidiaries.

The position is based in Sofia.

Responsibilities:

• CEO’s calendar and daily schedule.
• Screening and prioritizing business correspondence, drafting replies.
• Travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transfers, check-ins, etc.).
• Scheduling meetings in person and online and managing databases.
• Performing basic desktop research and translating documents when necessary.
• Communication with partners – both local and foreign.
• Act as a first point of reference for all partners and enquirers.
• Greet visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.


Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant, preferably within a multinational company, is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, commitment and proactivity.
• Fluency in English is a must – both written and spoken.
• Business correspondence skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive and can-do attitude.
• Professional manner and behavior.
• University Degree.
• Excellent computer skills - MS Office.
