The Role
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be part of our local Payroll team
and will play a pivotal role in creating a great employee
experience.
Job Description
Calculates wages and bonus in compliance with local tax laws
Prepares monthly payroll and is responsible for timely payment of
employee salaries
Makes sure employee compensation is processed in line with correct
working hours
Controls working schedules and attendance sheets
Oversees the employee personal files maintenance
Maintains accurate data in the company database
Maintains employee bank information
Oversees the contract signing and termination processes
Required Qualifications
Fluent English
University degree in a relevant field
Experience in payroll and administration
Knowledge of the local legislation
Capable of discretely handling confidential information
Knowledge of MS Office programs
Team player
High sense of responsibility
Able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
