We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented and eager to learn individual to join our HR team as Payroll Analyst.

Responsibilities

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop and manage personnel cost planning;
• Prepare annual sustainability reports;
• Input and maintain data and create various reports;
• Analyze payroll data and establish flexible reporting architecture;
• Conduct and analyze remuneration surveys;
• Support the benefits and compensation function as well as the payroll activities.;
• Implement data and process quality checks;
• Provide ERP system support as needed.

Requirements and necessary skills

Your profile

• University degree matched with 2+ years of professional experience on a similar position;
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting;
• Experience with personnel cost planning and reporting will be considered as advantage;
• Professional working proficiency in English;
• Knowledge and experience in working with SAP (H4S4 Hana HCM), MS Excel, Power Point;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details;
• Talented to work independently as well as part of a team, combined with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly;
• Strong organizational and time management skills..
