For a valued client, a prominent global company, we are seeking an experienced professional to join their growing team in the role of:

Order Management Service Expert

Отговорности

• Implement best practices in the Order Management Process by utilizing MS Dynamics capabilities.
• Proactively manage customer order entry, changes, and deliveries, either manually or with EDI support.
• Engage with customers to maintain continuity of the order book for individual products and regularly communicate lead times.
• Address challenges in order processing with relevant stakeholders, such as resolving customer credit holds or pricing/incoterms queries with Account Receivables and Sales/Sales Assistants.
• Maintain Customer Master Data (e.g., Delivery Addresses, Incoterms).
• Support the implementation of EDI.
• Regularly align with customers on order backlog status.
• Conduct regular performance reviews on Logistics, considering relevant KPIs, and define and drive corrective actions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and evaluate concepts to improve logistics services and customer satisfaction and drive their implementation.

Изисквания и необходими умения

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Sales Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management or a similar role, with a strong focus on customer support and order management – at least 4 years.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and logistics.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably MS Dynamics or similar) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent in English.
• Additional languages as German or French are an advantage.
