Online Store Support Executive
with Spanish or Italian with English.
*Provide professional customer support via email, chat, and
phone;
*Handle order management tasks such as processing returns, refunds,
and tracking shipments;
*Maintain accurate customer records and update internal databases
as needed;
*Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, tech) to
resolve customer issues efficiently;
*Assist with the creation and management of reports related to
customer service activities;
*Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by following company
procedures and service
