Logical.int. is for more than 25 years an international digital
media company based in the Netherlands, specializing in content
publishing, video post-production, affiliate marketing, and
customer engagement. We are now expanding into Bulgaria with the
launch of a new operational office in Sofia.
We are looking for a Marketing-driven Office Manager with strong
online marketing capabilities and proven leadership potential to
coordinate a small team and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
This position is first and foremost a marketing role. You will be
the driving force behind the performance, visibility, and growth of
our digital brands — while also overseeing office coordination and
communication with headquarters.
Your key responsibilities:
Lead and execute online marketing strategies across multiple
channels (social, search, affiliate, content)
Track and improve campaign performance, reach, and conversion
Manage and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of ±10 people
(marketing, publishing, design, customer support, etc.)
Communicate regularly with Dutch HQ and production teams abroad
Support hiring and onboarding of new team members
Ensure a high standard of productivity and workflow quality
