We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our departments. This role requires a multi-tasker with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing diverse activities and ensuring smooth operations across all departments. The job can be performed remotely.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Administrative Support:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing
emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office
supplies.
- Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and
presentations.
- Coordination with accountancy team
2. Logistics and Transportation:
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries, ensuring timely and
efficient transportation.
- Maintain and update logistics records, tracking shipments and
inventory.
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve
any issues or delays.
3. Food Service:
- Market research in EU countries for gourmet food products
- Market research in EU countries for competitors/partners
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to develop a proper food
concept.
- Conduct desk research to gather market data and collect offers
from suppliers during the startup phase of the food project.
4. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and records for all
departments.
- Compile and analyze data for reports and presentations.
