ADBG Sports Retailer is an official adidas franchise partner and has recently expanded into the Bulgarian market, successfully managing four of the three adidas stores across the country.

ADBG Sports Retailer is part of the Mike Sport Group, which is a leading wholesaler and retailer of a wide range of sports goods in Lebanon, Cyprus and the Middle East.

Responsibilities

As the main franchise partner of the global brand Adidas for Bulgaria, what we at ADBG Sports Retailer are looking for:

- A responsible and ambitious individual who can manage the store's operations, lead, organize, and coordinate the overall operations process.
- Responsible for opening and closing the commercial establishment.
- Responsible for the condition of the sales floor.
- Manages the process of product deliveries.
- Supervises and coordinates the team to ensure that all customers receive optimal service at all times.
- Leads the team to meet or exceed customer expectations at all times.
- Serves as a role model for customer service and for meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements and necessary skills
