Responsibilities

RESPONCIBILITIES:
• Interact with users across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tik Tok, Telegram, Twitter
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback on Google Play, App Store, and social media
• Ensure clear and professional communication with online audiences
• Analyze user reviews to identify trends and insights for product and service improvements
• Edit and upload videos on YouTube for trading webinars and market updates

Requirements and necessary skills

YOUR PROFILE:
• Strong communication skills
• Live and breathe social media and familiar with the latest trends
• Interest in social media engagement and online reputation management
• Detail-oriented with the ability to balance creative and operational tasks
• Willingness to learn basic video editing (experience is a plus, but not required)
• Proactive, curious, and adaptable problem-solver
• Familiar with trading / finance – advantage (not a must)
• English – High proficiency
