As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the
technical implementation and continuous development of our
marketing processes and tools.
You are highly analytical, structured, and an execution machine
that drives projects forward independently. Your deep understanding
of marketing technologies and SaaS environments enables you to
develop the entire customer journey—from the first point of contact
to the closing and retention phases. You will ensure that we
support our customers at every stage by implementing, analyzing,
and optimizing our digital touchpoints. You are data-driven and an
expert in working with analytics tools, leveraging our MarTech
stack to its fullest potential.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the marketing technology infrastructure,
particularly HubSpot, CRM systems, automation tools, analytics
platforms, and other relevant technologies.
- Ensure the effective integration of HubSpot as the Single Point
of Truth for the entire sales and marketing cycle, linking it
seamlessly with other systems (e.g., Sales, Product
Management).
- Optimize and automate lead qualification processes (MQL/SQL) and
support the implementation of data-driven marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales,
Product Management) to ensure that marketing processes are
efficient and scalable.
- Analyze and report marketing data to measure campaign
effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Support the automation of processes, particularly lead nurturing,
welcome email series, and sales funnels to drive efficiency and
scalability.
- Develop and maintain workflows for lead generation and nurturing
to increase the number of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
- Ensure data quality and security within marketing systems and
manage data flow concepts (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
- Manage budgets and resources for marketing tools and
technologies.
- Implement and oversee third-party integrations to ensure smooth
data flow and seamless workflows between systems.
