IT SUPPORT TEAM LEAD

In this role, you will lead and mentor specialists within the Technical Support team. Your responsibilities will include supervising the team, tracking performance, monitoring ticketing systems, and implementing strategies to enhance profitability, productivity, and customer experience. In addition, you will conduct regular staff reviews and communicate new procedures, policies, and goals to ensure adherence to the process.

Experience:

Required skills, experience and knowledge

- 3+ years of professional experience as a Technical Lead or Team Lead;
- Proven experience in Technical Support activities/ troubleshooting and monitoring tools;
- Deep understanding of FRONT-END and CLOUD technologies
- Networking and protocols knowledge – HTTP(S), (S)FTP, SSL/TLS, TCP/IP, etc.;
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills;
- Ability to meet deadlines and motivate the team to do the job on time and in a proper way;
- Proficient level of English /B2 or higher/;
