Role Overview:


The IT Director at Ozone.bg will be a visionary leader responsible for overseeing the entire IT department, ensuring the seamless delivery of IT projects, and driving the technological strategy of the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of IT development, extensive experience in leading IT teams in start-up environments, and a proven track record in delivering complex IT projects. Knowledge of ERP and e-commerce systems is a significant advantage.



Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage the IT department, including IT development, infrastructure, and support teams.

• Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with Ozone.bg’s business objectives.

• Oversee the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Drive continuous improvement in IT processes, systems, and infrastructure.

• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs.

• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.

• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.

• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.

• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for IT team members.



Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in a similar role, with significant experience leading IT teams in start-up environments.

• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in IT development.

• Strong analytical and business thinking skills.

• Proven experience as a Delivery Director of IT projects.

• Experience with ERP systems and e-commerce platforms is a significant advantage.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to think strategically and align IT initiatives with business goals.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
