Responsibilities:
Understand the integration process in details in every step;
Define requirements and plan the integration life cycle;
Plan and coordinate integration project from design and development
to production;
Implement continuous improvement practices;
Analyze and handle all issues and change requests;
Proactively identify risks and issues to the quality of the
product;
Monitor deliverables on a daily basis, identify critical points and
obstacles;
Manage client expectations and escalations throughout the
project;
Develop strong working relationships with customer tech experts,
end-users and all stakeholders involved in the project;
Hold meetings with customers on weekly/monthly basis to review open
issues, performance and updates;
Key point of contact for the customer;
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as
needed;
Create and maintain relevant documentation.
What We're Looking For
Requirements:
Strong troubleshooting skills.
· Experience with complex integrated systems.
· Work in complex activities in project and matrix environment in
parallel.
· Experience with – Jira, Confluence, Postman, MongoDB filtering,
MSSQL queries.
· Good understanding of API concepts - communication protocols,
payload types, HTTP Methods, authorization, encryption.
· Basic understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, Web Applications,
Load balancers, proxies and firewalls.
· Systems orientation and experience – Networking, SQL.
· Previous iGaming industry experience will be considered as an
advantage.
· Fluency in English.
