Quality Analyst with Romanian and English.
* Conduct monthly quality audits of agent transactions;
* Give timely, constructive feedback to agents and team
managers;
* Prepare and share Quality Assurance reports;
* Analyze results and suggest training or process improvements;
* Participate in meetings to discuss quality improvements;
* Lead or join monthly calibration sessions;
* Provide side-by-side coaching to enhance agent performance;
* Track quality metrics and handle coaching assignments.
