Aristocrat Interactive is seeking a highly motivated and
technically proficient Technical Program Manager to lead the
planning and execution of our Ignite Studio platform. This pivotal
role will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our
game developer partners by ensuring seamless integration,
development, quality assurance, and onboarding onto the Ignite
platform.

The Ignite platform is a strategic initiative designed to
accelerate content volume and localize offerings within the iGaming
industry. It empowers global game developers with the tools and
infrastructure needed to create, deploy, and distribute their games
efficiently across diverse markets. The platform's flexibility,
allowing content creation in any coding language, combined with its
ability to reduce time-to-market and offer localized solutions,
positions it as a key driver of growth and innovation.

enabling exclusive partnerships, fostering innovation through an
incubator model, and driving profitability beyond traditional
aggregation.
Responsibilities:
As the Technical Program Manager for the Ignite Studio platform,
you will be responsible for:
Program Planning & Execution:
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for the integration,
development, QA, and onboarding of Ignite Studio partners.
Coordinate and manage multiple projects, identifying and resolving
interdependencies.
Establish and maintain clear project milestones, timelines, and
deliverables.
Lead the planning and execution of technical integrations with
partner studios.
Interact of Ignite Partners to manage expectations and
planning.
Technical Leadership & Oversight:
Provide technical guidance and support to partner studios and
internal development teams.
Oversee the technical aspects of the platform, ensuring
scalability, reliability, and security.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to best
practices and coding standards.
Ensure the platform follows all regulatory compliance.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among
cross-functional teams, including development, QA, product, and
partner studios.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring
alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on
project progress and risks.
Risk Management & Issue Resolution:
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact
project timelines or deliverables.
Develop and implement corrective actions to address project
challenges.
Proactively manage and escalate critical issues as needed.
Process Improvement & Optimization:
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and
methodologies.
Utilize data and metrics to track project performance and identify
areas for optimization.
Align the product backlog to the company’s strategic goals.
Manage the main program documents.
Onboarding and Support:
Create and manage the onboarding plans for new
partners/studios.
Ensure that new studios have all the tools and information
necessary to succeed.
What We're Looking For
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a
related technical field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager,
preferably in the software development or gaming industry.
Strong technical background with experience in software development
methodologies and technologies.
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Proficiency with project management tools, such as Jira and
Confluence (Atlassian suite strongly preferred).
Acquaintance with Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Experience with game design or online gambling is a significant
advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation
skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
High proficiency in English.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

register with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other
gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.
