Отговорности

• Collects and analyses HR data from various sources.
• Develops and keeps HR reports.
• Ensures data integrity and accuracy.
• Identifies trends in HR data.
• Provides practical information to support decision making.
• Develops and implements data analysis methodologies.
• Monitors and reports HR metrics and KPIs.
• Supports HR projects with data analysis and reporting.
• Keeps and enhances HR data systems.
• Conducts regular data checks of HR systems.
• Supports the HR Manager with payroll related analyses, reports and surveys.
• Prepares presentations and reports for management.
• Тrains HR staff on data analysis tools and techniques.
• Assists in the development of HR policies and procedures based on data.
• Monitors and applies current industry trends and best practices in HR Analytics.

Изисквания и необходими умения

• Higher education in Human Resources, Economics, Finance, Statistics, IT;
• 3 years of experience in such or similar position; experience with statistical analysis and modeling;
• Good understanding of HR metrics and KPIs;
• Familiar with data management and data quality principles;
• Familiar with HR processes and best practices;
• Very good English (written and spoken);
• Analytical person oriented to results and solutions;
• Familiar with data analysis and visualization tools and software - H4S4 Hana HCM, BW, MS Excel, Power Point;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Communication and presentation skills, teamwork;
• Able to manage multiple tasks and to meet deadlines.
