Отговорности

Your responsibilities will include:
• Collect and verify data for new employment from stores
• Prepare employment documents: contracts, annexes, termination orders
• Help stores in HR related issues
• Verify work time reports and all data related to monthly payroll
• Support projects of the HR department
• Supervise compliance with local law regulations and corporate procedures
• Prepare analyses and reports

Изисквания и необходими умения

If you have at least:
• University degree in Economics/HR
• Very good knowledge of labor legislation
• IT skills: MS Office (Advanced knowledge of MS Excel functions)
• Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• 2-3 years of experience working in a similar position
• Knowing the sum calculation of working time will be considered an advantage
