the German concern Mercedes-Benz AG and Daimler AG for Bulgaria.
The company’s portfolio includes Mercedes-Benz, SETRA and FUSO
brands. At the beginning of April 2022 Silver Star presented a
completely new brand – INEOS Grenadier. Silver Star Group offers
the full range of services for business and end customers,
including sale and after-sales services for new and used cars,
vans, trucks and buses, as well as sales of spare parts and
accessories. The dealer centers are positioned in Sofia, Plovdiv,
Varna and Burgas.
For our wholesale division in Sofia, we are looking for a dynamic
and experienced HEAD OF SALES MERCEDES-BENZ AND INEOS Grenadier, to
lead the sales team, setting strategic goals and ensuring targets
are met. This role requires operational expertise and visionary
leadership to drive sales function forward, align with Silver
Start`s long-term goals, and drive sustainable revenue.
• Close partnership with Mercedes-Benz Headquarters in Germany on
price negotiations, production planning, and target agreements;
• Manage business activities in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz
and communicate relevant information to other departments;
• Set and monitor commercial goals for the Retail division,
together with supporting their successful achievement;
• Distribute margins across respective divisions;
• Stock management including model availability, quantities, and
the age of cars;
• Develop and implement commercial strategies related to sales
support activities;
• Continuously improve sales processes, tools and technologies to
boost efficiency and results;
• Lead, motivate, and develop a mid-scale team of highly-skilled
and experienced specialists;
• Collaborate with other departments – Marketing, Product and
Operations teams to align budgeting and launching new
campaigns;
• Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on
sales performance and market trends;
• Use data analytics to support decision-making and future strategy
development;
• Build and maintain strong relationship with key clients and
partnerships;
• Work closely with customer success team to ensure customer
satisfaction and long-term engagement;
• Regular business trips within the country and abroad;
