Debt collection & loan recovery is an essential part of our
business. The right candidate enjoys building and taking on new
challenges.
• Management & Team Building: Oversee a team of 8-10 internal
and external collection agents, with expectations to continue to
grow the team over time.
• Strategy Development & Execution: Work with the Chief Risk
Officer to refine the medium- and long-term vision for the
collections function and execute against the plan.
• Debt Collections: Develop and execute strategy for resolving
non-performing loans.
• Portfolio Management and Monitoring: Partner with cross
functional teams to refine and resolve issues and advise on
preventative actions.
• External Relationship Management: Manage relationships with our
collections agencies and other partners.
• International Coordination: Frequently interface with group
collection teams to discuss recent trends.
• Strategic Communications: Serve as point-of-contact with respect
to debt collections and loan recovery; further develop systems and
processes to reach collection efficiency and targeted goals.
