Job Purpose and Impact
The Global Price Master Data Assistant will manage price data
steady state creation and maintenance activities to help ensuring
service levels are met in adherence with relevant data standards.
In this role, you will collaborate with the sourcing team to turn
price master data into business insight and commercial value.
This position is for a period of 2 years.
Key Accountabilities
Execute price master data process activities in compliance with
predefined data standards.
Provide support and maintenance execution across multiple
enterprise/ERP systems.
Perform administrative activities such as storing of contracts,
downloading pricelists, etc.
Conduct data analysis activities for internal customers and prepare
reports and materials to deliver results and ensure service level
agreements are met.
Complete and maintain price master data management solutions to
optimize system capabilities.
Facilitate communications with stakeholders to remove barriers,
explore new ways of execution and add value to the process.
Perform complex duties related to transaction monitoring and issues
originating from business partners that are price master data
related.
Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer
support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the
most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
Master data experience
Business processes experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Fluent English language
Preferred qualifications
Confirmed experience with Outlook, Word and Excel spreadsheet
processing applications.
Excellent communication and negotiations skills
Detail and results-oriented, decision-making and strong
problem-solving skills
