Your Role:
Handle inbound calls, text messages, and chats from German-speaking customers.
Provide high-quality customer support, ensuring a seamless experience.

Изисквания и необходими умения

Who We’re Looking For:
Fluent in German (C1 level or higher) and good English skills.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
