JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring a Front Desk Receptionist & Office Assistant for
the everyday tasks of maintaining the office and providing a
comfortable work environment. Monitoring compliance of all
requirements for health and safety at work, maintenance of the
company equipment, administratively assisting the office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Works closely with all departments (IT, HR, Procurement, Capability
Development) and with all colleagues from the international offices
of the company.
Supports the operations managers and the other employees in case of
issues related to the office environment.
Works closely with the Facility Manger, supports his work and fills
in for him during absence.
Organizes the welcoming, accommodation and transfers of the
business guests of the company.
Participates in the organization of trainings and company
events;
Responsible for the primary technical support of the office -
furniture, lighting, electricity and others;
Prepares and accepts shipments and cooperates with courier
services;
Maintains registers at the reception according to company polices;
Tracks the availiability of office supplies, making orders, issuing
materials;
Organizes business trips, accommodation, transfers and more:
Respects and applies the rules defined in internal policies
regarding access control, security, safety, travel, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational requirements for the position: completed university
degree
Good Level of computer literacy
Other requirements: compulsory fluent English, very good
organizational skills, accuracy, communicational skills, technical
issues understanding.
Professional experience – in similar area or more if required by
the specifics of the job
Personal characteristics: discreteness, communicativeness, loyalty,
discipline, ability to work in a team.
