- Communication with clients and vendors;
- Arranging, coordinating and controlling Ground handling
services;
- Arranging overflight and landing permissions, airport slots and
PPR, etc;
- Filing necessary forms for CBP, e-APIS, Canpass, GAR, etc.;
- Loading and maintaining trips current and updated in our
proprietary scheduling software;
- Maintaining our database;
- Cooperate with other departments to achieve necessary goals;
- Provide the expert level of support and consultation to the
company's Trip Support Services clients
