Our Finance Team plays a substantial role in our success story by
planning and executing strategic and operational processes in
Bulgaria and abroad. We are looking for the right fit for the role
of ESG Analyst to join our Finance team as a direct report to the
CFO, and to contribute to the further development of our
business.
The significance of your role:
The constantly increasing demand for transparent and reliable ESG
performance metrics, along with the evolving reporting standards,
encourages our commitment to disclose detailed ESG information. ESG
reporting becomes an integral part of the regular Group reporting
process, and hence we are looking for a seasoned ESG professional
to join our Finance Team and to establish the Group ESG reporting
process.
What we expect from you:
• Develop, implement, and maintain the ESG reporting framework in
line with the Group strategy and policies
• Define and set up relevant ESG reporting structures, maintain
comprehensive and up-to-date ESG data and documentation to comply
with relevant regulations, industry standards, and reporting
frameworks
• Stay updated on emerging ESG trends, best practices, and
regulatory developments to drive continuous improvement
• Extend awareness and support the Top and Mid management teams in
all ESG related matters.
• Apply Business Partner approach in collaborating with the Group’s
business units, functions, and entities
• Subject matter expert for the Group’s ESG area with internal and
external counterparts – consultants, auditors and regulatory
bodies
• Preparation of regular ESG reports for the Group

• Analytic mindset with excellent quantitative skills, passioned
about continuous improvement
• Talent for pitching complex issues in a concise manner, both
verbal and written
• Independent and self-motivated, with effective prioritization and

• Experience with cross-border subsidiaries is an advantage
