Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and administrating the company’s ERP platform in
order to provide accurate up-to-date services;
- Providing ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues, and
resolving system-related problems;
- Managing users’ data, roles and credentials within the
platform;
- Recommending solutions and best practices for optimization the
performance and usage of the ERP system, preferably Dynamics 365
Business Central;
- Excellent understanding of business requirements and further
communication with vendors;
- Supporting the process of integration and data flow between
different related platforms;
